Mechanical & Electrical Framework - Now LiveWe are pleased to announce the official launch of the Mechanical & Electrical Framework, marked by a webinar with our framework partners and members on Tuesday 15th April 2025. This framework offers access to expert contractors covering installation, maintenance and servicing of M&E systems including heating, ventilation and electrical safety.

Multiple Elements Framework - Extended DeadlineThe procurement process for the Multiple Elements Framework, which supports planned maintenance works, is now live. The tender submission deadline has been extended to 14th May 2025, giving potential suppliers additional time to participate.

Merchant & Materials Framework – Re-Procurement in Final PlanningWe are in the final stages of planning for the re-procurement of the Merchant & Materials Framework. Working in partnership with Efficiency North, we are refining the scope and documentation to ensure it meets the needs of members and complies with the Procurement Act 2023.

Planning Procurement
We have begun planning for the re-procurement of the following frameworks:
• Consultancy Services
• Decoration
• Lifting Equipment & Mobility Aids

Preparing for Future Frameworks
We are also undertaking initial scoping and risk assessments for upcoming procurement in the following areas:
• Asbestos and Abatement Services
• General Risk Assessment Services

Governance & ComplianceWe are currently updating our Conflict of Interest Declaration process to strengthen transparency across all procurement activities. Simultaneously, preparation of pipeline notices is underway for all forthcoming re-procurements.

Procurement Act 2023 – Template UpdatesTo ensure alignment with the Procurement Act 2023, we are continuing to update all relevant procurement templates and documentation. These updates will streamline processes and support compliant procurement routes for all members.
