CHIC Stakeholder Survey

At CHIC we are keen to know what our members and supply chain partners think about the services we offer and how we deliver them.
 
Each year we therefore commission an independent survey company – Fusion Insight – to undertake a stakeholder survey on behalf of CHIC’s Board.
 
All of our stakeholders are being contacted by email and asked to complete a survey. This will only take a few minutes, so we would be really grateful if you could respond when you receive a request.
 
There are slightly different question sets for our members and supply chain partner respondents. Although similar, they review our services from different perspectives.
 
Fusion Insight will have colleagues at our conference on 21st May, completing the survey in short interviews with delegates. If you prefer to respond in this way, please look out for them at the conference.
 
Some respondents will also be contacted by phone for a more in depth discussion. Again if Fusion Insight do contact you in this way, we would really appreciate it if you could spare them a few minutes to give your feedback.
 
Once the survey is completed over the next few weeks, the outcomes will be presented to CHIC’s Board. These will also compare our service progress against previous years feedback - we will then report the findings in a future issue of CHIC CHAT.
