ARK Consultancy Changing Lives at Christmas

CHIC’s managing agent ARK Consultancy has an important message and need your help!

This year the pandemic has put so many important events, socials and gatherings on hold for us all, both personally and professionally. Although we can’t be together in one place, and despite being spread around the country we have decided to challenge the ARK team to walk from Lands End to John O’Groats for the charity, Crisis in December.

We chose to raise money for Crisis because we wanted to select a housing charity and even though 'Everybody In' has been one of the significant beneficial outcomes of the pandemic, we know homelessness has not gone away and so we want to play a small part in helping Crisis do the great work that they do.

M-AR New 100,000 sq ft Factory

M-AR, the off-site construction specialist which was recently appointed to one of CHIC’s £new MMC contracts, aims to increase and accelerate their ability to deliver the much-needed homes across the UK. Combined with their existing factory at Melton, M-AR’s production capacity will triple their output and will enable them to manufacture and deliver over 750 homes per annum, ramping up to 1,000 within 2 years. They have further plans and a roadmap to outgrow these facilities to expand further. 100 new jobs have been created to support this venture.
