New Risk Assessment Framework
CHIC adopts a proactive approach and continually updates its suite of contracts, frameworks and DPS to meet the current needs of members.
We are pleased to announce the launch of a new framework, procured in direct response to member requirements. It will form part of the CHIC Building Safety suite of solutions for our members, to help ensure that homes are fully compliant.
This 4-year framework comprises of 20 consultants who can undertake Risk Assessments. The framework may be accessed by any of CHIC’s Members and any Authorised Users.
It is split into two different framework lots and has full coverage across the United Kingdom. The new framework consultants are shown below:

The framework will be accessible to Members to call off risk assessments from Monday 22nd March 2021.
