Construction site operating hours extension to remain

The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government has confirmed that the staggered start and end times on constructions sites will continue into the new phase of pandemic recommendations whereby councils can continue to allow sites to operate until 9pm until 30 September 2021. The department said: “The government considers it appropriate to retain this expiry date, so as not to undermine the plans that the sector will have made based on this date.”
