Supplier day with Bristan
Last Month, CHIC members were invited to ‘meet the team’ at Bristan, UK’s number one for taps and showers at its Tamworth HQ in Staffordshire, as part of a regular supplier day. Bristan’s team were keen to demonstrate the company’s commitment to providing our members with products that are not only easy to choose, install and use, but that come with the backing of technical support and advice to help specification partners find the right solution at the right time. The message was clear – whether you need a single or multiple products, you can trust Bristan to give you quality without complexity.
The objective of the day was to offer CHIC members the opportunity to meet directly with a supplier to better understand its product offer and suitability for specification within our members projects. The Bristan team gave members the chance to get ‘hands on’ with their products and understand more about how they can be specified with confidence – meeting any necessary compliance standards. It was a packed and informative day, with a Warehouse tour, a visit to the UKAS accredited on-site test lab and customer service operations department, a couple of product challenges and a quiz!

Link has been developed in-house specifically for Ideal Heating boilers. There's no monthly or yearly data subscription, the plug-in Link Cellular module is a one-off cost for 10 years of data. Install in 5 minutes as no external wiring is required, simply plug the module into the aperture on the new Logic2 range.
Once connected, Link Cellular will send real-time boiler data to Ideal Heating’s purpose-built Partner Portal. All boiler data including faults is sent directly to the cloud, accessible by an unlimited number of user accounts with multiple role options available (admin, installer, user).
The Partner Portal powered by Link has APIs that can be integrated into your existing IT systems seamlessly.
