CHIC team now at full strength
Over the past 2 years, the CHIC team has progressively grown, to ensure that we can support our members and partners in delivering a wide range of customer services. With growth has come some changes to the team’s structure, to ensure we can deliver effective procurement solutions throughout the UK.
CHIC continues to deliver:
EFFECTIVE MEMBER REPORTING – data insights and focussed reports
CRITICAL FRIEND SUPPORT – regular review meetings and contract support
COMMERCIAL ADVICE – product and price catalogue management
CONTRACT NEGOTIATION – dedicated supply chain management
SOCIAL VALUE INVESTMENT – making a difference in local communities
Membership Services
Led by CHIC’s Director of Member Services Stephen Sharman, the member services team has grown and is now split into geographical zones, each with a dedicated Head of Member Services.

CHIC’s BOARD NEEDS A MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE WITH FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE
CHIC’s Board comprises up to 11 directors, at least 8 of which are drawn from CHIC’s members. Whenever there is a vacancy the Board reviews its skills requirements against the overall range of the knowledge and expertise needed to ensure effective governance of a large member owned asset management and procurement consortium.
There is currently a vacancy for a MEMBER NOMINATED DIRECTOR WITH FINANCE EXPERIENCE.
CHIC’s Board meets four times a year, has one awayday and the annual conference. The role is not remunerated.
