CHIC is procuring for a 4 year framework for asset decarbonisation, retrofit and building safety solutions, providing a singular solution for our members to design, assess and deliver their net zero projects and programmes.
The Framework includes provision for goods, works and services and is open to social housing providers that are members of CHIC. The framework is split into 3 lots:
Lot 1 – Consultancy Services
Lot 2 – Works and Services
Lot 3 – Digitisation

We're thrilled to extend a warm welcome to Matthew Maycroft and Lewis Chant, the newest additions to the CHIC team who will be joining us shortly.
Matthew is the latest member of our growing Procurement team. His role as Procurement Officer will be reporting into our Senior Procurement Manager to engage with all relevant stakeholders to support the end-to-end delivery of new projects across a broad range of frameworks, long term contracts, DPS’ and mini competitions.
Meanwhile, Lewis joins our supply chain team as or new Partnerships Executive. His responsibilities involve managing CHIC’s relationship with the supply chain to support all programmes being delivered through CHIC frameworks, contracts and DPS. He will work closely with the CHIC Member Services Team to provide cohesive operational support services to all of CHIC's supply chain.
